Tasks
HR → Tasks — checklists for the team (opening, closing, cleaning) and who ticked off what.
- Add task — Title (e.g. Unlock the front doors), Details, and a Checklist name to group tasks (e.g. Opening).
- Assigned to — Everyone, A department, A position or One person.
- Repeats — Once (on a date), Every day, or On certain days of the week, with an optional start date.
- Optional: Due by time, and Needs a note when done (e.g. a temperature reading or a count).
- Save. Turn Task is active off to pause it.
- Today's tasks shows every task due on a day, who did each one and when. Staff tick tasks off in My Work → My Tasks; a task shared with a team only needs doing once.
- All tasks lists every task to edit or delete.
- Last 30 days shows completion per task: Done, Missed or Not due for each day, with an overall rate.
- After the Due by time an undone task shows as Overdue: the people it's assigned to get one email, and managers get a summary.
Manager Log
HR → Manager Log — notes from shift to shift.
- New entry — Category (General, Incident, Maintenance, Customer, Staffing, Safety, Sales), Title (e.g. Court 2 light out) and What happened.
- Tick Needs follow-up to keep it on the open list until someone clicks Mark resolved (Reopen if needed).
- Search the log and filter by category and dates. Open follow-ups also show on the HR Overview.
Announcements
HR → Announcements — post news to the whole team or a department, position or person.
- New announcement — Title, Message, Who it's for, and optionally Hide after a date.
- Pin to the top — pinned announcements are shown first.
- Ask people to acknowledge it — each person taps I've read this, and you can see who hasn't.
- Also email it — everyone in the audience with an email address gets a copy.
- Who's seen it shows who has read (or acknowledged) it, and when.
Staff see announcements in My Work → Announcements and on My Week.
Messages
Direct and group messages live in My Work → Messages — for managers and staff alike. See My Work.
HR Reports
HR → Reports — pick a report and a period (this week, last week, this month, last month, last 90 days or custom), optionally a department. Every report can be Export CSV'd or Printed.
