Signing in & your account

Sign in

1. Open your facility's address, e.g. https://nasa.alphaleaguesports.com.
2. Enter your email and password and choose Sign in.
3. If two-step sign-in is on, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app.

Staff and clients sign in separately

The address above is for staff. Clients sign in at /portal (or your facility's own client address). A staff account can't open the client portal and a client account can't open the staff app.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. A reset link arrives within a minute; it works once and expires after a day. No email? Ask an administrator to check Administration → Email & alerts → Failed emails.

Your account menu

Select your name at the bottom-left of the menu:

Language	English, Español, Français, العربية — the languages your facility offers
Theme	Light, dark or follow your device; several colour themes
Open sandbox / Back to production	Opens the other copy of your facility in a new tab (why)
Change password	Needs your current password
Sign-in security	Two-step sign-in and recent sign-ins to your account
Log out	Signs you out on this device

Two-step sign-in (recommended for admins)

1. Your name → Sign-in security → Turn on two-step sign-in.
2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, 1Password…).
3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe.
