Welcome to AlphaLeague
AlphaLeague runs a sports facility end to end: the schedule, clients, memberships and invoices, the front desk and point of sale, leagues, tournaments and programs — plus a self-service portal where your clients book, buy and pay on their own.
This guide is for facility staff. Your clients have their own Client guide.

Start with the Facility setup checklist: it lists every setting to complete before going live, in the order that works best.
Finding things fast
- Administration has a search box — type "Stripe", "waiver" or "SMS" to jump to the right setting.
- Your name (bottom-left) holds your password, sign-in security, language, theme and the Open sandbox / Back to production switch.
- On a phone, the menu is behind the ☰ button at the top.
