Invoices & payments

Invoices lists everything you've been billed, newest first, with what's still due.

Pay an invoice

• Pay — goes to secure checkout for the remaining balance.
• Pay with a saved card — choose a card you saved before; the payment is immediate. If your bank asks to confirm the payment, you'll be sent to checkout instead.
• Some invoices are split into installments; each shows its due date.

Saved cards

See and remove saved cards on the Invoices page or your Profile. Only the card brand, last four digits and expiry are shown — the full number is held by the payment company, never by the facility.

Receipts

A receipt is emailed for every payment (if the facility has receipts on). Paid invoices stay in the list for your records.
