Cart & checkout

Add several things — a program, a package, a booking — to your Cart and pay once.

1. Open Cart and check the items and who each is for.
2. Add a coupon code if you have one, and accept the terms.
3. Choose Checkout.

Paying by card

Depending on your facility, checkout opens either Stripe's secure page or the facility's own pay page with secure card fields. Either way your card details go straight to the payment company — the facility never sees your card number.

• Tick Save this card to pay faster next time and for auto-renew.
• Declined? Check the details or try another card; after three declined attempts on one payment, start the payment again from the invoice.
• When the payment succeeds you return to the portal and receive a receipt by email.
